Role overview
We are seeking a highly organised Operations Administrator to support the office team in Waterford. The position focuses on maintaining accurate customer and school records, handling meal order administration, and preparing the operational information needed by the kitchen so meals are delivered correctly each day.

Key responsibilities
- Keep records current and accurate for schools, customers, and student accounts.
- Amend class lists, school calendars, and customer details whenever changes occur.
- Enter and process school meal orders accurately and within the agreed timelines.
- Compile production reports, labels, and dispatch documents for kitchen operations.
- Review orders for mistakes, missing details, or unusual trends before they move into production.
- Communicate with schools and parents to resolve account and order-related questions.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure production data remains correct and up to date.
- Assist with stock administration, purchasing records, and inventory tracking.
- Support stock checks and maintain reliable inventory information.
- Contribute to the improvement of ordering and inventory systems as the business expands.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate spreadsheets in Excel.
- Help improve processes by finding ways to reduce errors and simplify workflows.
- Manage daily and weekly deadlines while preserving a high standard of accuracy.
