Role Overview
This position is based in Sentosa Island, Singapore and offers a monthly salary of SGD 3,500. The role focuses on managing estate operations related to cleaning, waste handling, and pest control across the facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee everyday operational activities connected to cleaning, waste disposal, and pest control within the facility.
- Support the manager in organising and rolling out work plans, schedules, and routine activities for cleaning, waste management, and pest control.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of external service providers to confirm that contractual duties are completed to the required standard and quality.
- Make sure both the team and outsourced vendors comply with all applicable company rules and government safety requirements.
- Draft and circulate daily updates, incident documentation, and any other operational reports needed.
- Assist with events and special functions that need extra coordination for cleaning and waste management support.
