Role Overview
Business WebSoft Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its digital marketing team in Zirakpur and is seeking an experienced Online Bidder / Business Development Executive for an in-office, full-time permanent position. The role is suited to someone familiar with the digital marketing industry and confident in winning international work through freelance marketplaces.
Job Details
Location: Zirakpur, Mohali district, India (work from office only)
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience: 6 months to 3 years required
Employment type: Full-time, permanent
Responsibilities
- Win new business for SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, and website-related services through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
- Create customised, polished, and persuasive proposals for prospective clients.
- Handle the full communication cycle with international leads from first contact through follow-up.
- Work closely with the technical team to define project scope and estimate effort and cost.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in agency bidding, with a track record across relevant platforms.
- Good command of English for client communication, negotiation, and proposal writing.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, SMM, and online advertising.
