Role Overview

As the first point of contact for external guests, you will welcome visitors warmly and help create a positive first impression. You will take charge of front desk and office coordination tasks while keeping the workplace organized, efficient, and well prepared for the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail as well as parcel logistics, acting as the central coordinator for a high-volume flow of deliveries tied to the company’s fleet business.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory, including ordering stationery, beverages, snacks, and other essentials, while staying on top of stock levels.
  • Start the day with an office walk-through to make sure everything is available and in good order.
  • Spot maintenance needs or improvement opportunities early and coordinate external vendors, technicians, or tradespeople as needed.
  • Continuously improve office processes and bring in your own ideas for organizing and shaping everyday office life.
