About the Company

krunch partners with Kiwi businesses to support sustainable growth through connected marketing. The team believes meaningful growth comes from bringing the right ideas, execution, brand, and performance together with purpose. The workplace is built on mutual respect, collaboration, and the blending of different viewpoints and experience.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on office management role for someone who thrives in a busy, varied environment. The right person will become central to the day-to-day functioning of the workplace, help shape a positive team culture, and provide practical support to finance and leadership. The position calls for a proactive organiser who can take ownership of the physical workspace, support people initiatives, and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient, safe, and welcoming office environment while supporting internal operations across multiple areas.

  • Oversee office facilities, lease-related matters, and external service providers such as cleaning, security, technology, and catering vendors.
  • Help create an engaging workplace culture by planning and delivering team celebrations, internal events, and company gatherings, including conferences.
  • Support finance and administration tasks such as budget tracking, purchase order processing, and basic month-end reporting with guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage schedules, prepare meeting minutes, and ensure administrative details are handled with care.
  • Support agency processes and provide dependable day-to-day assistance to the Finance Manager and Leadership Team.
  • Take responsibility for workplace health and safety leadership by chairing the Health and Safety Committee and promoting best-practice standards.
  • Protect sensitive information and work independently to deliver outcomes reliably and on time.

What You Should Bring

The ideal candidate will have strong office operations experience and the confidence to manage a broad set of responsibilities across administration, culture, and workplace support.

  • Solid background in office or facilities management, including vendor coordination and lease oversight.
  • Experience organising staff events, celebrations, or corporate functions.
  • Comfort working with budgets, spreadsheets, purchase orders, and basic financial administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to documentation and tracking.
  • Professional judgment, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential matters responsibly.
  • Capability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to lead health and safety committee activities.

Values

The team is guided by four core values: being respectful, being brave, continuing to learn, and collaborating effectively.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Auckland, New Zealand. The position is described as a multi-faceted opportunity where each day may look different, and the successful candidate is expected to bring resourcefulness, clear communication, and a strong commitment to high-quality work delivered on deadline.
