Job Overview and Responsibilities
This role entails maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the office setting. The candidate will be responsible for serving tea, coffee, water, and other necessities to employees and visitors. Transporting files, documents, and various office materials between departments is required. Assisting in photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents will be part of daily duties. Managing office stationery and other essential supplies by ensuring their maintenance and notifying when stock is low is expected. Supporting external office errands such as trips to the bank, post office, or courier services is included. Taking care of office furniture, equipment, and general facilities is also vital. Timely completion of daily assignments delegated by senior staff and colleagues is necessary. Greeting visitors courteously and providing assistance, as well as contributing to the smooth and organized operation of the office, are key aspects of the position.
