Odoo ERP Administrator / Functional Specialist

Overview

We seek a competent Odoo ERP Administrator / Functional Specialist to oversee and optimize our ERP system utilized by sales, call center, operations, and finance departments. The role involves ensuring smooth daily system operations, maintaining accurate data, supporting internal teams, and enhancing workflows within the Odoo platform.

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Odoo ERP system for all departments.
• Set up and manage user accounts, define access permissions, and administer system configurations.
• Supervise system performance to guarantee data integrity.

Sales and Lead Tracking

• Monitor leads generated by the call center team and verify proper sales follow-ups.
• Track pipeline stages and analyze conversion metrics.
• Produce reports assessing lead effectiveness.

Contracts and Operations Support

• Oversee the creation and monitoring of contracts within Odoo.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
• Ensure consistent and updated data alignment across all departments.

Financial Coordination

• Partner closely with the finance team to maintain accurate data flows.
• Manage invoicing, payments, and financial documentation within the system.

System Process Improvement

• Enhance workflows and automate procedures within Odoo.
• Develop and manage forms, surveys, and reporting tools.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions for optimization.

Technical Support and Customization

• Customize simple workflows using Odoo Studio.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and system configuration tasks.
• Coordinate with external developers for more complex customizations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Odoo ERP.
• Comprehensive understanding of CRM (Leads & Sales Pipeline), sales, contracts, and basic accounting workflows.
• Experience with Odoo Studio and system configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Basic familiarity with Python and XML for Odoo customizations.
• Experience in real estate or service-oriented industries.
• Exposure to managing large volumes of leads.
