About the Role and Organization

This rotational Occupational Therapist position is exclusively open to current employees of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. The Health Board serves a population of approximately 650,000 and employs over 16,000 staff, providing integrated acute, primary, and community healthcare with a strong commitment to service development, quality standards, and continual professional growth.

The rotation includes clinical exposure across Adult and Older Adult Mental Health, Community Reablement, Children and Young People’s Services, Acute Medicine, Surgery and Trauma Orthopaedics, Stroke Care and Rehabilitation, General and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Community Neurology, Continuing Healthcare, Child and Adolescent Mental Health, and Learning Disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in rotations through diverse clinical areas as part of the Occupational Therapy Practitioner program.
  • Receive regular supervision and mentoring from experienced specialist staff to support skill development.
