Job description
About the Role
This role requires extensive practical experience managing and analyzing data using the Nexthink console. The ideal candidate will be adept at writing and customizing data queries with Nexthink Query Language (NQL), as well as skilled in scripting with PowerShell or Bash. Experience with endpoint management tools such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, or JAMF is essential, alongside a foundational knowledge of IT Service Management processes relating to incident and problem management workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
While not mandatory, holding Certified Nexthink Administration credentials is an added advantage. The position involves a rotational shift schedule, which avoids continuous night shifts, and is available at multiple locations including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, and Pune.
