Multi-Skilled Technician (Handyman)

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) or Handyman to manage daily maintenance tasks encompassing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep within our facility.

Primary Duties

• Conduct basic maintenance and repairs related to electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC equipment.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive upkeep, and troubleshooting for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Address issues involving electrical wiring, lighting, fixtures, water leaks, and execute minor repair works.
• Manage maintenance operations for Low Tension (LT) and High Tension (HT) panels as well as transformers at a fundamental level.
• Carry out repairs and adjustments to doors, furniture, locks, wheels, and other facility fixtures.
• Respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and external vendors to ensure smooth maintenance operations.
• Maintain accurate repair logs and adhere strictly to safety protocols.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• ITI or Diploma certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical discipline.
• Between 2 to 4 years’ experience in Facility Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a comparable sector.
• Proven practical expertise in multi-skilled maintenance or handyman services.
• Electrical license or certification considered a significant advantage.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Additional Details
