About the Opportunity

Madimack is a rapidly expanding Australian manufacturer with facilities in Australia, the USA, and Canada. We seek a seasoned Multi-Site Inventory & Logistics Manager to lead and oversee our inventory, warehousing, and logistics functions across these regions. This position requires a proactive, hands-on leader responsible for managing a small team, liaising with 3PL partners, and ensuring inventory precision and freight efficiency throughout an evolving global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory controls and oversight across Australia, USA, and Canada.
• Supervise warehouse functions and 3PL performance at multiple sites, focusing on KPIs, SLAs, and ongoing improvements.
• Coordinate inbound international freight and domestic transportation logistics.
• Manage replenishment strategies and ensure consistent stock availability across all locations.
• Assure ERP system (Cin7 or similar) data integrity throughout supply chain processes.
• Produce comprehensive inventory reports to support business decision-making and supply chain visibility.
• Lead a diverse team of approximately four direct reports spread over different locations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to manage inventory over multiple warehouse sites.
• Direct involvement with international freight handling and working alongside 3PL providers.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Cin7, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in supervising and mentoring operational team members.
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
