About the Role

An established private clinic is looking for a full-time MSK Physiotherapist to join its team in Hampton East, Victoria. This is a chance to work in a supportive, experienced environment with a genuine focus on work-life balance, including the option to complete full-time hours across four days.

You will be part of a practice with three other physiotherapists on site, giving you the opportunity to collaborate closely while handling a varied caseload. Roughly a quarter of the work involves Clinical Pilates, making this a strong fit for someone who enjoys blending manual physiotherapy with exercise-based rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
• Background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, or a strong interest in building experience in this area
• Exposure to Clinical Pilates, or willingness to work with that part of the caseload
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfort working independently while also contributing positively to a team
• Clear commitment to high-quality patient care
