Compensation and Working Hours

• Potential on-target earnings up to £45,410 annually
• Base salary ranges between £35,000 and £38,710
• Uncapped monthly bonus with average yearly bonuses around £6,700
• Standard five-day workweek

• Possession of a full driver's licence with a maximum of 9 penalty points
• Collaborative mindset, willing to assist in workshop tasks such as light vehicle maintenance when not conducting MOT tests
