About the Organisation
Kids First Group (KFG) is recognised as a major early-years education and childcare provider across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha. Established in 2011, the group operates 36 nursery schools and offers a variety of distinctive educational approaches, including the British EYFS framework, Montessori, and Reggio Emilia, with each nursery focused on its own specialist curriculum.
Role Overview
KFG is looking for an experienced Curriculum Coordinator to join its team immediately and contribute to the ongoing growth of the organisation.
Qualifications and Experience
The preferred candidate should hold Cache Level 5 certification or a university degree in Early Years Education. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursery curriculum coordinator role is required, and Montessori background is preferred.
Responsibilities
The position involves overseeing curriculum planning, supporting health and safety practices, contributing to extra-curricular initiatives, and collaborating closely with nursery colleagues. The role also requires building strong relationships with staff, communicating effectively across all levels, and working flexibly as part of a team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should be highly organised, academically strong, committed to the role, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire learning, work well with others, and support a positive nursery environment.
