Job Opening

The Retail Branch Network Management Department at Bank of Georgia is seeking candidates for the cashier-operator position available in the regions of Vani, Ambrolauri, and Marneuli.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, high-quality, and professional service to clients according to their requirements.
• Conduct various banking operations as requested by customers, including currency exchange transactions, cash deposits/withdrawals/transfers, and sending/receiving money transfers.
• Provide clients with appropriate consultations, offer tailored banking products, and facilitate the sales process.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Education: A higher education degree is required, preferably in economics, banking, or technical disciplines.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service and/or sales fields is desirable.

Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in computer office applications.
• Customer service skills including politeness, readiness to assist clients, proper referrals, and error correction.
• Language proficiency: fluent in Georgian; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
• Effective communication skills for clear and reasoned expression of ideas.
• Strong sales skills to drive product offerings.
• Attention to detail, quick task execution, logical thinking, organization, and good memory capacity.
