Mobilisation Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

About the Role

Located in Perth on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people, this position offers an 8 days on / 6 days off roster for a fixed term of 12 months. As a pivotal member of our People Services team, you will provide essential administrative support to the Mobilisation team and the broader organisation, operating in a fast-paced environment under the guidance of the Mobilisation Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate mobilisation of contractors globally to various Fortescue sites and projects.
• Ensure all new personnel fulfill mandatory prerequisites before commencing work.
• Maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery towards internal and external customers.
• Engage with stakeholders both within and outside the company to facilitate mobilisation processes.
• Manage and process high volumes of mobilisation requests while securing data accuracy and quality control.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role within a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with advanced Excel functions and experience with CMS, SAP, SAM, and SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills, including managing interactions with multiple clients.
• A positive, collaborative attitude conducive to team environments.
