Role Overview

We seek a skilled and motivated Mid-Weight Designer to join our London-based team on a fixed-term contract lasting six months. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, possess exceptional creative talent, and confidently convey design concepts to senior staff and team members. Your contributions will help the team consistently exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide design support across multiple accounts ensuring high-quality deliverables on each project.
• Become highly familiar with assigned brands or intellectual properties (IPs), mastering their brand guidelines and creatively pushing boundaries while respecting the IP’s creative vision.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to design craftsmanship with strong skills in typography and layout.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure work meets specifications, deadlines, and deliverable requirements.
• Partner with the Manila-based team, providing supportive feedback to maintain design and motion quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years’ experience in graphic design, ideally with a focus on digital and gaming sectors.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with After Effects and Premiere is advantageous.
• Skilled in the full motion production process, including concept development, storyboarding, and styleframing.
• Adopts a user-centered design philosophy, considering accessibility, platform technology, and contextual storytelling.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
• Self-driven with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates a positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
