Role Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Metal Fabricator/Boilermaker to enhance our expanding team. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the incumbent will handle the fabrication and assembly of structural steel parts, ensuring quality and timeliness throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret technical drawings to understand project requirements
Fabricate and assemble components made of structural steel
Adhere to all relevant Australian Standards in workmanship
Maintain exceptional quality and craftsmanship in all tasks
Manage tasks effectively to meet production schedules and deadlines
Comply with all workplace safety guidelines and protocols

Candidate Profile

Must possess a Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication Trade)
Practical experience with structural steel fabrication is highly preferred
Competence in reading and interpreting technical drawings
Demonstrates reliability and a strong professional work ethic
Possesses effective communication and time management abilities
Dedicated to maintaining safety standards at all times
