About the Role
At OptimizedLeads, we specialize in crafting high-impact growth campaigns tailored for some of the fastest expanding education brands. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and scale Meta Ads campaigns, particularly within the EdTech sector, including Online MBA, Study Abroad, Executive Education, and Online Degrees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) targeting education-related audiences.
- Optimize lead generation funnels and reduce cost-per-lead (CPL) through data-driven strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad performance and improve campaign outcomes.
- Scale advertising efforts effectively while maintaining high-quality lead acquisition.
Candidate Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Proven background working with EdTech campaigns such as Online MBA, Study Abroad programs, Executive Education, and Online Degrees.
- Strong understanding of lead generation processes and techniques to optimize CPL.
- Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
