Role Overview
Join RONA as a key contributor responsible for enhancing product displays, maintaining compliance with visual merchandising standards, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers. This role offers continuous skill development and engaging challenges within a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and take down display setups based on seasonal trends, new merchandise deliveries, and inventory status
- Verify that displayed merchandise aligns with planograms and visual presentation guidelines
- Stock inventory above the bay shelves and ensure all price tags are accurate and product fronts are tidy
- Welcome customers courteously and direct them to in-store specialists for detailed assistance
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring easy product accessibility and smooth customer navigation throughout aisles
- Carry out other duties supporting efficient store operations
Candidate Requirements
- Familiarity with essential hand tools, power drills, and saws preferred
- Competent in task prioritization
- Physically able to move heavy items using proper equipment
- Forklift operating experience is an advantage
- Comfortable using web-based computer systems to complete tasks
- Basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
