Job Overview and Responsibilities
The role involves preparing detailed schedules for both Control & Instrumentation (C&I) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) activities using Microsoft Project. The candidate will be tasked with preparing and submitting pre-qualification documents and tender documentation.
Additionally, responsibilities include designing, implementing, and overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for real estate projects as well as delivering presentations related to these designs.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
The ideal candidate is a Mechanical Engineer or a NICMAR graduate with excellent English communication skills. They should possess keen listening skills and the intelligence to adapt swiftly to various project assignments. Effective coordination with key project stakeholders is essential.
