Role Overview
A leading global MNC is looking for Medical Billing Executives in Kolkata for an office-based role. This is a full-time position in a US healthcare process, with a night shift schedule and fixed Saturdays and Sundays off. Both freshers and experienced candidates may be considered.
What the Role Involves
The selected candidate will support healthcare billing activities, answer insurance-related queries, and coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Address questions related to medical billing and insurance.
- Liaise with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare partners.
- Check billing data carefully and make sure it is accurate.
- Track claim status and assist with payment-related concerns.
- Keep process records updated and maintain proper documentation.
Who Can Apply
Applicants should have at least Higher Secondary (10+2) qualification or above. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome. Candidates with international BPO exposure will have an advantage. People from B.Sc., Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
