The role blends client-facing service, office administration, treatment-room support, and light content creation. The right person will be organized, quick to learn, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and ready to step in wherever the practice needs help.
What you will do
- Welcome patients professionally and help ensure they have a refined, comfortable experience from arrival through checkout.
- Handle patient communication throughout the day, including phone calls, text messages, emails, and general inquiries.
- Coordinate appointments, update patient records and charts, and process sales in clinic software.
- Assist the provider during aesthetic procedures as needed.
- Set up, restock, sanitize, and prepare treatment rooms before and after patient visits.
- Track inventory and keep skincare and product supplies neatly organized and current.
- Provide basic patient education about treatments when appropriate.
- Support administrative work and help solve everyday operational issues as they arise.
- Contribute to keeping the practice running efficiently, smoothly, and professionally all day long.
What we are looking for
- Strong client service instincts and a polished, helpful approach.
- Background as a medical assistant, ideally in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetics, is preferred.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain procedures, answer questions, and build trust with patients.
- Solid multitasking ability while still maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new platforms and workflows quickly.
- Interest in creating social media content such as stories, reels, posts, and behind-the-scenes material.
- Ability to work well in a small team setting.
- Willingness to take on varied responsibilities and support the business wherever needed.
- Independent problem-solving skills and the confidence to work with minimal supervision when required.
