Using a container-based modular design, the venue offers a flexible, expandable, and event-ready space for local and international artists, promoters, brands, and collaborators.

Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist position in Jeddah. The role focuses on carrying out the marketing strategy and campaign plans set by the management team.

This is a practical execution role. The selected candidate will handle event listings, launch and track paid advertising, coordinate promotional assets, and make sure all marketing tasks are completed correctly and within the agreed timeline.

The position calls for hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and related digital ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out marketing plans and campaign calendars issued by management.
• Run paid media campaigns across Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Build campaigns using the approved goals, target groups, budgets, locations, and schedules.
• Review daily campaign performance and adjust settings when needed.
• Schedule and publish event flyers, artist announcements, videos, ticket links, reminders, and other promotional assets.
• Maintain the venue’s social media content calendar.
• Make sure each event receives promotion according to the approved schedule.
• Work with designers, photographers, videographers, ticketing partners, artists, and internal teams to gather the needed content and details.
• Verify that captions, links, dates, artist names, ticket information, and event specifics are accurate before posting.
• Monitor campaign outcomes such as reach, engagement, site visits, conversions, and ticket sales.
• Prepare concise performance reports for management.
• Reply to basic social media questions and route audiences to the right ticketing or customer support channels.
• Support marketing and social media activity during live events when required.
• Ensure all published content aligns with the brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Applicants should have practical experience working with Meta Business Suite and managing ad campaigns on Instagram and Facebook. Experience with Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads is also required.

The role also requires experience in scheduling, publishing, and managing social content, along with a solid understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign goals, budgets, and performance measurement.

Strong accuracy is essential, especially when dealing with event dates, ticket links, captions, and campaign schedules. Candidates must be able to follow approved plans and deliver tasks on time.

Ability to handle multiple event campaigns and deadlines at once is important, as are strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.

Experience in events, entertainment, nightlife, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing will be considered an advantage. Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.

Candidates must be based in Jeddah or be able to work full-time on-site in Jeddah.

A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, though strong hands-on experience may also be accepted.
