MS Infra Developers is urgently seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager for a field-based position in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role involves extensive on-ground marketing activities tailored for the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will engage in door-to-door promotion and direct customer interaction to drive lead generation and contribute substantially to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform frequent field visits to gather customer data and identify business prospects.
• Promote real estate projects by personally visiting residential and commercial properties.
• Generate fresh leads by conducting door-to-door marketing campaigns and related field efforts.
• Establish and maintain rapport with prospective clients, providing detailed project explanations.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate lead conversion and ensure consistent customer follow-up.
• Maintain comprehensive daily reporting of visits, leads generated, and client interactions.
• Consistently meet monthly goals for lead acquisition and overall business targets.

Additional Requirements and Terms

• This role is strictly field-based, requiring active door-to-door marketing; office work is not involved.
• Applicants must possess at least two years’ experience as a Marketing Manager.
• Male candidates only are eligible to apply.
• Possession of a personal two-wheeler accompanied by a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Flexible working hours are provided along with a petrol allowance.

Compensation Details

A fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 plus performance-based incentives starting at ₹25,000, dependent on achievement of targets.
