Marketing Graduate Program Overview
Join L’Oréal Middle East’s Graduate Program to gain hands-on professional experience and connect with industry leaders. This 9 to 12-month assignment involves working closely within one of our Marketing teams.
Role Description
- Assist the marketing team in coordinating product launches and driving growth of key products.
- Gather and analyze consumer and market data as well as competitor strategies to provide insightful recommendations to the management.
- Support new product introductions, sustain growth of vital products, and energize the core product catalog.
- Develop marketing mix strategies to design integrated and compelling consumer brand experiences.
- Customize communication resources including visuals, digital content, and point-of-sale materials.
- Collaborate effectively across departments like sales, logistics, and education, as well as with external agencies, to contribute to broader business strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a multifunctional environment and engage with various business partners beyond the marketing team.
- Adept in a fast-paced setting with strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
