About the Role
Helic & Co is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist in delivering effective marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position involves supporting content development, organizing campaigns, managing social media channels, and analyzing performance data. Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms
- Coordinate various marketing projects, including management of timelines and deliverables
- Create, edit, and manage marketing content such as posts for social media, emails, and website text
- Oversee scheduling and engagement monitoring for social media accounts
- Assist with the deployment of email marketing campaigns and upkeep of subscriber databases
- Track campaign performance using metrics and generate comprehensive reports
- Work closely with designers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution
- Conduct research on market trends and analyze competitor activities
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines to maintain consistency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related discipline
- Between no experience to 3 years in marketing or a related field, including internships
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing software tools such as Mailchimp and Hootsuite
- Strong skills in organization and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to think creatively with a strong eye for detail
Preferred Competencies
- Experience using graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Understanding of SEO techniques and online advertising methods, including Google Ads and social media advertising
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
- Basic familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
