Role overview
This position sits within a fast-growing retail business that is expanding across Spain and moving into new international markets. The marketing team is being assembled to help support that growth, giving this hire the chance to join early and develop alongside the function.
Key responsibilities
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to keep campaigns and content activities moving smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage the scheduling of social media content and engage with the online community.
- Coordinate content creation and delivery with external creative partners.
- Keep the marketing calendar up to date and organized.
- Prepare weekly reports on marketing performance.
- Assist with logistics for campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Support the planning and execution of events and activations when needed.
Requirements
The role calls for 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing or communications. Strong Spanish fluency is essential. The ideal candidate is structured, self-driven, and able to manage several priorities at once. Practical experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools is important, along with a working understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite. Clear writing, strong attention to detail, and a sense of ownership over tasks are also expected.
Location and compensation
This is a remote role based in Spain, with full overlap required with the CET timezone. The annual gross salary is EUR 40,000.
