About the Role
We are seeking Marine Technicians for positions in Saudi Arabia within the Marine Operations Division at Red Sea Global. This is an opportunity primarily for candidates from India to contribute to the maintenance and repair of marine and watersports equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on marine vessels and watersports assets.
- Diagnose and fix issues related to mechanical, electrical, propulsion, steering, fuel, hydraulic, and battery systems.
- Handle maintenance of electric propulsion systems, lithium-ion batteries, battery chargers, and battery management systems.
- Perform equipment inspections, testing, troubleshooting procedures, and sea trial assessments.
- Prepare thorough maintenance documentation and update asset management records accordingly.
- Manage inventory and usage of spare parts efficiently.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for warranty claims as well as repair coordination.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or certification in marine technical fields preferred; additional certifications in electrical and battery systems are advantageous.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in marine maintenance.
- Experience working with both gasoline-powered and electric marine vessels.
- Familiarity with watersports equipment such as jet skis, e-foils, Seabobs, and electric surfboards.
Additional Information
- Salary is negotiable and paid yearly in Saudi Riyal (SAR).
