Manager Warehouse Operations

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team leaders and warehouse staff both professionally and disciplinarily.
• Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain active leadership presence on the shop floor with a strong focus on performance.
• Oversee personnel planning, deployment, and development.
• Conduct employee meetings, performance evaluations, and implement development initiatives.
• Apply and enhance lean management techniques such as continuous improvement process (KVP) and 5S.
• Ensure compliance with workplace, health, and safety regulations.
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality management, and other interface departments.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Alternatively, completed logistics vocational training with additional qualification and several years of leadership experience.
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics or operational logistics management.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing staff.
• Strong knowledge of lean methods, continuous improvement processes (KVP), and 5S methodology.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical thinking skills along with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• High determination, hands-on approach, and entrepreneurial mindset.
