Daily Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage team leaders and warehouse staff both professionally and disciplinarily.
  • Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity and quality standards.
  • Maintain active leadership presence on the shop floor with a strong focus on performance.
  • Oversee personnel planning, deployment, and development.
  • Conduct employee meetings, performance evaluations, and implement development initiatives.
