About the Team
The Admin team at Navi ensures seamless daily operations throughout the organization, focusing on enhancing the overall workplace environment. Their responsibilities include managing office services, coordinating logistics, and performing administrative duties to support various stakeholders in achieving their targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of Food & Beverage activities including cafeteria, pantry, tuckshop, senior management catering, internal events, and other ad-hoc services.
- Maintain uniform standards relating to food quality, hygiene, appearance, taste, and timely service.
- Coordinate effectively with catering vendors to facilitate smooth daily functions.
- Ensure cafeterias, kitchens, pantries, and related service areas are clean, prepared, and compliant with required norms.
- Handle Food & Beverage arrangements for senior leadership, board meetings, and critical client meetings discreetly and professionally.
- Provide F&B support for internal functions such as events, training sessions, and townhalls to enable flawless execution.
- Manage tuckshop and pantry operations ensuring consistent stock, hygienic practices, and service excellence.
- Drive menu planning, food festivals, and update quarterly menus in partnership with vendors.
- Assess vendor performance regularly using reviews and scorecards to promptly resolve any issues.
- Monitor consumption, verify invoices, and implement budgetary controls and cost-saving measures.
- Uphold food service timings and adherence to food sampling standards.
- Supervise food safety inspections, equipment condition, and maintenance contract compliance.
- Ensure availability of business continuity plan dry stock and enforce cleaning protocols compliant with MSDS guidelines.
- Lead food safety governance through audits, laboratory tests, temperature monitoring, and waste disposal management.
- Manage statutory and regulatory compliance including license tracking and renewals.
- Analyze feedback, key performance indicators, and service ratings to drive corrective actions for continual improvement.
- Ensure vendors and internal teams consistently meet prescribed service standards and agreements.
- Stay current with best practices in food services and facility management industries.
Specific Duties
- Regularly evaluate food quality, hygiene, presentation, turnaround time, and service standards.
- Manage feedback, complaint tracking, and implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Set and monitor service benchmarks, KPIs, and rating systems for all Food & Beverage services.
- Promote ongoing improvement initiatives to boost quality, operational efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
- Enforce compliance with internal policies, food safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Create, execute, and refresh standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to Food & Beverage and associated facility services.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and contractual labor regulations.
- Conduct audits, investigations, and reviews to maintain rigorous governance standards.
- Oversee adherence to service standards and expectations by vendors and internal teams.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- More than 7 years of experience in administration and facilities management or comparable domains.
- Strong analytical capabilities to deliver precise, actionable insights on supply, demand, growth options, and strategic recommendations for office space utilization.
- Focus on employee productivity and readiness of the workplace environment.
- Accountable for maintaining high facility standards that directly influence employee output.
- Capable of strategizing and implementing productivity enhancement tools within facility management.
- Experienced in budgeting and cost-effective resource management.
