Job Overview
The Maintenance Technician role involves planning and coordinating work and project activities to complete tasks effectively, aligned with both immediate and future goals.
Key Duties
- Gather, monitor, and analyze diverse raw data to produce reports that support informed decision-making across various operational areas.
- Evaluate the condition of assets through indicators and real-time data to prioritize maintenance activities, optimize resources, reduce downtime, and maintain efficiency.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other materials used in routine and specialized maintenance procedures.
- Conduct inspections and testing of tools, spare parts, raw materials, in-process items, and final products using lab equipment, ensuring compliance with performance standards and engineering protocols; identify and rectify any discrepancies.
- Diagnose and correct faults thoroughly to restore equipment functionality, utilizing Root Cause Analysis when necessary to implement sustainable solutions.
