Role Summary

In the role of Maintenance Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting clinical study delivery during their maintenance phase. Collaborating closely with Maintenance Leads and Clinical Trial & Relationship Managers, you will oversee the accurate completion of all maintenance and regulatory tasks for assigned studies or multi-protocol programs. Your responsibilities will include managing work scopes, budgets, resource allocation, and ensuring efficient execution of study activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the establishment, updating, and continual management of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, schedules, and project outlines containing detailed study-specific data.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee completion of maintenance and regulatory obligations within designated timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.
  • Operate and interpret various study dashboards to scrutinize data, observe study metrics, and monitor adherence to protocols.
  • Identify potential risks, concerns, and patterns by analyzing data proactively and escalate them accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or a comparable discipline.
  • At least three years of professional experience, ideally within healthcare or a related sector.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, management, and sponsors.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
