Role overview

This position calls for a seasoned Logistics Executive to support a fast-paced last-mile operation, helping improve execution while contributing ideas that strengthen service quality and operational effectiveness.

What you will do

You will provide on-the-ground support to the Operations and Program teams, especially on initiatives that need careful investigation and proactive follow-up. The role blends operational work with program coordination, requiring you to work with internal and external stakeholders, monitor issues, and help resolve operational alerts in a way that reduces business risk and protects Amazon’s quality standards.

You will be expected to work with close attention to detail, analyze information deeply, anticipate the impact of data, and respond quickly when issues arise. As part of the Variable Program team, you will act as a connector between different stakeholders while keeping business objectives in focus.

In addition, you will support the Program team behind the scenes by collecting insights and using them to improve the program lifecycle and enhance standards for Amazon and its partners.

Requirements

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, solid analytical thinking, and the ability to solve problems effectively. You should bring at least 2 years of experience in investigations involving contact management, identifying root causes, and tracking process improvement initiatives. The position also requires willingness to travel, the ability to handle multiple tasks and sites at the same time, and strong attention to detail.
