Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Logistics Dispatcher for the afternoon shift based in London, Ontario. This role offers a stable position working Monday through Friday from 12pm to 8pm, with availability for weekend and overtime shifts as needed. The salary range for this position is $43,000 to $45,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit detailed billing documentation daily, weekly, and monthly to customers.
• Generate customized reports tailored to client requirements and audit inbound/outbound logistics data.
• Manage general office duties including ordering supplies, data entry, maintaining office equipment, and vendor file upkeep.
• Coordinate and record employee work schedules and timecards.
• Oversee customer inventory physical counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Set up new accounts within the Warehouse Management System (WMS), conduct accuracy testing, and troubleshoot related issues.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management for direct reports.
• Organize staff meetings, training sessions, and company events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for building and maintaining professional relationships across all organizational levels.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Highly organized with exceptional multitasking and time management capabilities.
• Self-motivated and flexible to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
