We are seeking a Line & Ramp Agent to join our Singapore team. This role offers an engaging, hands-on opportunity to be directly involved in ramp operations, contributing to the smooth and safe handling of aircraft and customer services. The position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced airport environments and value safety and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ramp activities adhering to strict safety and quality protocols.
• Provide porter services including baggage and cargo handling and transport of passengers and crew.
• Assist with aircraft movements such as towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting operations.
• Operate ground support equipment (e.g., GPU, water trucks, lavatory service vehicles) meticulously and safely.
• Support catering and cleaning functions by handling supplies like ice and coffee and maintaining cleanliness in operational areas.
• Actively participate in safety and quality initiatives to promote a safety-first culture.
• Report any operational risks, near misses, or unusual events promptly to ensure safety and efficiency.

Basic Requirements

• Possession of a valid Singapore Class 4 driving licence.
• Fundamental English communication skills for effective interaction.
• Dependable and conscientious approach prioritizing safety.
• Positive demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, public holidays, and under diverse weather conditions.
• Keen attention to detail with consistent delivery of high-quality work.
