- Contribute to the School’s strategic initiatives including committee participation and involvement in process improvement or new course projects.
Areas of Expertise
The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in at least one of the following subject domains:
- Algorithm & Architecture Analysis: Thorough understanding of tools, frameworks, and programming paradigms enabling informed implementation choices considering trade-offs like time/space complexity, resource use, and scalability.

- Distributed Systems: Solid grasp of architectural patterns and components such as microservices, containerization, load balancing, and message queues aimed at constructing robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant infrastructures.
Beyond technical skills, the lecturer should possess an in-depth comprehension of the entire software development lifecycle, assisting students in analyzing trade-offs and variations adopted by different organizations.

- A keen interest in exploring and understanding the fundamental mechanisms of technology through hands-on investigation.
- A passion for education with a strong commitment to mentoring and guiding both youths and adult learners in building and reconstructing knowledge.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
