Role Overview
As a Lead specializing in UKG Workforce Management (Kronos), you will be responsible for maximising and maintaining UKG Pro Workforce Management modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Analytics. Your role involves strategically designing sustainment solutions that integrate seamlessly with upstream and downstream systems within a broader tech ecosystem.
You will collaborate with notable clients across public sector, consumer, and manufacturing domains, managing the entire lifecycle of UKG Pro WFM projects—from analysis and configuration through to design, testing, enhancements, and optimisation. Coordination with Deloitte’s global UKG practice ensures integration of best practices and enhances delivery quality. As a specialist lead, you will direct outcomes, supervise team members, diagnose challenges, and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimise and sustain UKG Pro modules: Timekeeping, Scheduling (Basic and Advanced), Attendance & Accruals, Attestation, Activities, Analytics.
- Develop architectural sustainment models accounting for clients’ comprehensive technology stack.
- Ensure alignment across integrations, data flow, reporting, and related systems.
- Lead full project lifecycle activities including business analysis, configuration, design, testing, enhancement identification, and platform optimisation.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, lead client discussions, and shape scalable, innovative solutions.
- Deliver client engagement across public sector, consumer, and manufacturing sectors with collaborative problem-solving.
- Partner with global UKG teams to implement best practice methodologies.
- Oversee team deliverables, provide coaching, and ensure high-quality outputs.
- Identify project risks early and propose sustainable resolutions.
Qualifications and Expertise
- Extensive UKG Pro Workforce Management knowledge with over 5 years leading end-to-end implementations.
- Strong functional consulting, solution architecture, and leadership skills in client-facing roles.
- Experience in professional services or consulting environments is highly favorable.
- Comprehensive understanding of full UKG Pro WFM project lifecycle including business analysis, configuration, design, testing, and optimisation.
- Effective facilitation and requirements gathering capabilities, leading workshops and translating needs into effective solutions.
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and provide commercially sound advice.
- Competent in project leadership, problem-solving, and delivering structured plans for superior outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to influence, coach, and clearly explain technical and functional concepts.
- A critical thinker with curiosity, open questioning skills, and innovative idea generation.
