Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established standards
- Operate various kitchen stations such as grills, fryers, and microwaves effectively
- Collaborate with team members to meet timing and quality objectives
- Adhere strictly to food hygiene, allergen handling, health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness throughout shifts, including full kitchen sanitization
- Manage stock rotation and ensure safe storage of food items
- Complete mandatory training including induction, role-specific updates, and refresher courses to support continuous improvement
Work Hours and Shifts
Our establishment operates early mornings through late at night, offering varied shift schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and late finishes to accommodate flexibility. Typical daily hours start at 6:30 AM and end at midnight, with around 18 hours of work per week expected.
