Job Overview and Responsibilities
Join our team as a Kitchen Assistant where you will play a vital role in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and uphold strict food safety standards. Your duties will include performing mise-en-place preparations, ensuring food quality before cooking, assisting with meal assembly according to set guidelines, and supporting packing and dispatch tasks when necessary. You will also be responsible for keeping your work area clean and sanitary at all times.
Requirements
- Completion of at least 10th grade education with a basic understanding of food cutting and preparation techniques.
- Physically fit to handle the demands of a busy kitchen environment.
- Maintain good personal hygiene and discipline; punctuality and willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including breaks.
- Capability to follow instructions accurately and collaborate effectively with team members.
