Job Overview

The Kids Club Manager will lead the daily operations of the children's recreational area, providing a safe, enjoyable, and educational setting for guests' children. This role demands enthusiasm and experience to ensure top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals, promoting a positive and cooperative environment.
• Design and implement age-appropriate, engaging activities for children from 6 weeks to the specified maximum age.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and child protection standards.
• Oversee the Kids Club budget, managing procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain detailed records such as attendance, emergency contacts, and incident reports.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly and professionally addressing parent and child inquiries and concerns.
• Work alongside other departments to create integrated family-friendly events and promotions.
• Conduct ongoing staff training to uphold high standards of care and service.
• Evaluate program effectiveness regularly and adapt offerings as needed.
• Keep the Kids Club clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management or related disciplines preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant childcare, educational, or recreational experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Creative and enthusiastic in planning diverse children’s activities.
• Proven competence in managing groups of children effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding of child development and childcare best practices.
• Knowledge of local child protection laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and childcare management software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Vietnamese are beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Patience, empathy, and passion for working with children.

Additional Information

• Understanding of expectations related to Ultra-Luxury guests and brand standards.
• Experience with project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-opening phases.
• Prior involvement in pre-opening of facilities is essential.
• A proactive attitude with strong ownership and accountability.
