Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with the Director of Entertainment, Rixy Club Chief, and Supervisors to ensure a secure environment for all children using the kid’s club or crèche services.
• Guarantee that parents complete child registration forms accurately, including the child's medical or personal history.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all toys and equipment within the club or crèche.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of all toys and equipment at all times.
• Notify the Assistant Recreation Manager or Recreation Supervisor promptly if additional toys or replacements are needed.
• Adhere strictly to the daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules as directed by supervisory personnel.
• Enforce all club regulations and rules consistently during operating hours.
• Keep the club and crèche areas neat and orderly at all times.
• Maintain full awareness of the club’s facilities, operational hours, promotions, and pricing.

Qualifications and Additional Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent certification.
• Prior experience working with children, such as in childcare, nurseries, schools, camps, or recreational programs, is preferred.
• Deliver service that is friendly, courteous, and professional consistently.
• Foster good working relationships with colleagues and departments across the hotel.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages such as Russian is considered beneficial.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
