Key Responsibilities
- Maximize sales volume and minimize stale inventory within assigned stores.
- Meet distribution targets and implement agreed merchandising standards effectively.
- Manage accounts receivable by following timely collection procedures.
- Adhere strictly to PepsiCo and affiliated policies including overtime, sales, and stock ordering procedures.
- Visit stores regularly according to the agreed journey plan to place purchase orders and prevent overstocking.
- Address short-dated stock issues using monthly freshness reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with section and store managers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets aligned with weekly goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers.
- Confirm statement of accounts with clients quarterly and report competitor activities.
- Ensure all merchandising and visibility standards are met inside stores including CDA and rented displays.
- Lead and supervise merchandisers by conducting daily briefings, coaching, and audits.
- Maintain a professional appearance reflecting the brand image.
Performance Metrics
- Achievement of sales targets and market share growth within customer stores.
- Expertise in the industry and competitor monitoring.
- Execution excellence in store merchandising and campaigns.
- Effective implementation of customer development activities (CDA) and weekly updates.
- Timely monthly reconciliations and collections.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
- Strong skills in building relationships, negotiation, and sales.
- Leadership qualities including effective decision-making, innovation, result orientation, motivation, and integrity.
