- Create tailored, consultative proposals that connect customer challenges with the product’s capabilities and engineering workflows.
- Develop and nurture trusted relationships with key decision-makers to expand accounts and strengthen long-term engagement.
- Work with internal stakeholders to build proposals, negotiate agreements, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Keep pipeline and forecasting data accurate in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to support onboarding, renewals, and expansion efforts that increase customer lifetime value.
- Share customer and market insights with Product, Marketing, and Sales Development to improve cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a clear record of closing high-value deals in the $200K to $2M+ range.
- Background selling to large enterprise businesses with 10,000+ employees and intricate, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Strong consultative and solution-selling capability, preferably in technical or industrial environments such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or similar sectors.
- Proven ability to manage substantial pipelines and consistently achieve or exceed revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills when working with senior executives and key decision-makers.
- Comfort operating independently in uncertain and complex sales situations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for forecasting and pipeline management.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to partner effectively across sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and focused on surpassing commercial objectives.
- Exposure to industrial or manufacturing sectors is a strong advantage.
