The team is growing and is seeking an early-career Front-End Developer in the MENA region to join a fully remote setup. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys building modern, responsive interfaces and wants to strengthen their skills in a collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

• Create and support responsive websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness clients.
• Translate UI/UX designs into well-structured, reusable, and maintainable front-end code.
• Develop digital assets that help power marketing campaigns and client web presence.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver polished digital experiences.
• Assist with improvements that enhance SEO, site speed, and conversion performance.
• Improve website responsiveness, loading speed, and compatibility across browsers and devices.
• Make sure interfaces work smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
• Apply accessibility and usability best practices during development.
• Update and maintain WordPress sites and other content management systems.
• Handle content edits, templates, page layouts, and new page builds as needed.
• Diagnose and fix front-end issues and visual inconsistencies.
• Test websites across browsers and devices to ensure stable performance and quality.
• Keep up with evolving front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Join code reviews and learn from more experienced developers to improve your craft.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of experience in front-end development, including internships, freelance assignments, personal work, or bootcamp projects.
• Hands-on exposure to live websites or web applications will be considered an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or an equivalent practical background.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Ability to build mobile-first, responsive websites.
• Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO-conscious development practices.
• Comfort using Git and version control workflows.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Awareness of website performance tuning and browser compatibility testing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Good organization and time-management habits.
• Bonus points for experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks.
• Basic understanding of WCAG accessibility standards is an advantage.
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries is helpful.
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills are preferred; Arabic is a strong advantage.
