Role Overview
As a Junior Executive Driver, you will provide secure, professional, and efficient transportation services to senior company executives, the Shareholders’ Committee, and VIP guests. You will coordinate intricate travel plans and logistics while upholding highest standards of discretion, safety, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct business trips prioritizing driving safety and reliability.
- Maintain vehicle readiness, ensuring fleet is operational and dependable at all times.
- Manage vehicle procurement, scheduling of maintenance, and repairs.
- Conduct route scouting and venue checks for senior management and board members in collaboration with team coordinators.
- Assist in creating and delivering training sessions focused on driver safety, personal security, and first aid.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience as a chauffeur or formal security-related training (e.g., protection specialist).
- Clear police background check.
- Valid Class B/BE driver’s license.
- Fluent in German with good proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and a strong service-oriented approach.
- High integrity, discretion, and responsibility.
- Good physical condition and mental resilience.
- Strong awareness of security and protection principles.
- Enthusiasm for continuous personal and professional development.
