Position Overview

The Junior UI Designer contributes by supporting user research, designing user interfaces, prototyping, and crafting visual communications for digital solutions. The role involves collaboration with designers, developers, product managers, and experts to create user-centered solutions aligned with business goals.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as developers and product managers.
• Identify opportunities to improve usability and overall user experience.

Typical Day

Tasks vary daily and may include attending project stand-ups, designing wireframes and interface concepts, preparing usability study materials, analyzing research outcomes, updating design system elements, and producing visual assets. Collaboration and skill development are key components throughout.

Candidate Profile

• Has relevant qualifications, experience, or portfolio demonstrating interest in UX/UI or digital design.
• Possesses problem-solving skills focused on crafting intuitive digital user experiences.
• Familiar with Figma or comparable design and prototyping software.
• Interested in understanding user workflows and enhancing their interaction with technology.
• A collaborative spirit eager to learn and develop professionally.
