About the Role
We are seeking qualified educators to join our junior college team in Pune. Candidates with an MSc and B.Ed in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, or an MA in English with a B.Ed degree are encouraged to apply. Possession of a B.Ed is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective subject teaching to junior college students.
- Develop and set papers and assignments aligned with academic standards.
- Supervise and guide students through practical experiments.
- Evaluate assignments and conduct assessments including examinations and board tests.
- Engage in counselling sessions with both new and current students and their parents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic records in compliance with board stipulations.
