Junior Account Manager

Overview

Synergix Technologies Pte Ltd, a leading ERP solution provider in Singapore with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join their team onsite in Jurong East, West Region. As part of the Miroku Jyoho Service Co., Ltd. group, we are expanding across Singapore and Southeast Asia, leveraging global expertise to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
• Drive revenue growth within the Singapore ERP software market by identifying new business opportunities.
• Organize meetings to present updates and collect client feedback.
• Collaborate with internal business analysts and consultants to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Handle quotation requests and support business and grant proposals.
• Upsell and cross-sell company products to existing accounts.
• Achieve account performance KPIs as agreed with management.
• Maintain accurate reporting in the company's CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree-level education preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with experience should have a minimum of 2 years in sales.
• Possess a 'farmer' mindset with passion for client-focused service.
• Understand customer retention and account management principles.
• Patient and willing to listen attentively to customer feedback.
• Strong presentation, communication, and writing abilities.
• Only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents are eligible to apply.
