Overview
The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore, founded in 1928, is a leading 2,000-bed psychiatric hospital located within Buangkok Green Medical Park. IMH offers extensive mental health services via 50 inpatient wards and 7 outpatient clinics and plays a significant role in educating future mental health professionals through programs such as the NHG-AHPL Residency Programme and partnerships with academic institutions.
Job Description
The Job Placement Officer will provide essential support services within the Job Club to facilitate client job placements and cultivate connections with employers to broaden employment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver operational assistance to ensure smooth functioning of job placement activities.
- Offer support to clients both at training locations and actual job sites.
- Collaborate closely with employers to understand their needs and develop employment options for clients.
Requirements
- Service-driven mindset, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm for assisting others.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
